No but Dickerson was the 21st hijacker, Brown faked the moon landing and kidnapped the Lindbergh baby. Dickerson buried Jimmy Hoffa in the Meadowlands and poisoned Elvis's peanut butter and banana sandwich... They were both on the grassy knoll when Kennedy was shot. TIFWIW.

They generally underestimated the number we would take in the past two classes, so I don't see why that trend would suddenly be out of the question. If Butch can get all 5 he'll make the numbers work. This time, we aren't constrained by the raw total allowed in a given class. We are constrained by the 85 scholarship limit.

That means Butch can over-sign a few, knowing that normal attrition will bring the numbers within the margins. I wouldn't be surprised if some guys like Mixon, Cody Blanc, Joe Young, Colton Jumper and others don't transfer out.

Would you be surprised if they DO transfer out? :dunno:

Dontavius Blair needs to go if he's not going to sniff the field next year. He redshirted and should graduate in the Spring.

CB predictions on 247 to Auburn from Josh Newberg and Luke Stampini. But, I couldn't find anything on 247 supporting the CBs.

At this point, it doesn't make too much of a difference whether he sticks around for 2016 or not. He doesn't open a spot for us until he graduates anyway. Might as well get what we can out of him as a scout teamer/last resort. The only way him leaving really helps us is if we need his spot for a blueshirt, which we apparently are planning on using this cycle anyway.

we are third at this point, behind Auburn and Georgia, respectively. It's a long shot but never count CBJ out especially with his last official.

Hopefully Warrior, Callaway, Blakely, PWill, Sapp, etc. can help!

I don't think we're third... I think UGA's out of it. It is starting to look like Auburn may have a slight edge here but even that's hard to say with how tight lipped Brown is.

I really do not understand how Auburn is in the running for all these players. They are coming off a terrible season and should have no hope in competing in a division that involves strong teams in Alabama, LSU, and Ole Miss. There literally is nothing attractive about Auburn at this very moment. I have no idea how they could possibly lure guys away from Georgia who have an intriguing new coach in Kirby Smart, a high touted incoming freshman QB and has a better chance of winning their division.

Of course, I feel Tennessee has more to offer than both of those schools going forward so I am left in awe as to why Auburn is even being considered.

In my case, Auburn should be investigated for recruiting violations if they find a way to land some of thy guys they are in for.

Not true at all..at worst we are 2nd behind AU..

While I'm not naïve enough to believe UT and most don't do it I have always heard that Auburn and Alabama are both shall I say....more generous with recruits than most.

Will never happen. If they skated on Cam Newton they will never get busted. It's like the Jovan Robinson fiasco, a guidance counselor changes his grades to make him eligible, and when the school approaches her she takes the fifth and resigns. No one can explain how she paid 35k in cash for a new car a few months before, NCAA does nothing except make him go JUCO before he and his fifth grade reading comprehension come back to AU to enroll.

Those ppl in auburn and alabama are so obsessed in winning that they will attempt to win at all co$t. Besides Talladega what else do they have? It is so corrupt down there. Auburn envies bammer so their is no way they are cruiting like choir boys
