UT will be Brown's last official visit before signing day and he tweeted that he can't wait to visit UT!This could be huge for us!!

Could he be a silent to Bama and up here to sway Dickerson? Could Dickerson be up here doing the same thing? Could they both be silent to Bama coming to Knoxville to infiltrate the fortress of VOLititude?

I don't think he's considering Bama's seriously. I think he's down to us and Auburn and possibly GA.

No but Dickerson was the 21st hijacker, Brown faked the moon landing and kidnapped the Lindbergh baby. Dickerson buried Jimmy Hoffa in the Meadowlands and poisoned Elvis's peanut butter and banana sandwich... They were both on the grassy knoll when Kennedy was shot. TIFWIW.

Obviously I hope CBJ can blueshirt multiple guys so we can add each of the Big 5 remaining targets, but 5 open spots sounds like a stretch from everything I've read.

But back to Derrick Brown... more good news: apparently Gillespie, Butch, and Strip are putting on the full court press at an in-home tomorrow ahead of his OV this weekend, per a reliable poster on TOS. This recruiting process seems eerily similar to Drew Richmond's toward the end, and we all know how that turned out.

They generally underestimated the number we would take in the past two classes, so I don't see why that trend would suddenly be out of the question. If Butch can get all 5 he'll make the numbers work. This time, we aren't constrained by the raw total allowed in a given class. We are constrained by the 85 scholarship limit.

That means Butch can over-sign a few, knowing that normal attrition will bring the numbers within the margins. I wouldn't be surprised if some guys like Mixon, Cody Blanc, Joe Young, Colton Jumper and others transfer out.

Speaking of Peanut Butter....I was just picturing the look on Butch's face, this weekend during Brown's visit, should he tell the coach "Can you show me the Peanut Butter?"

I can hear Butch say "What are you talking about?" To which Derrick would reply..."the Peanut Butter they keep talking about on Vol Nation. They've been saying you're gonna show it!" :)

If brown and Dickerson out-recruit our coaches wile on an official visit to UT, we have much bigger problems than losing a few recruits.

Ramzi bin al-Shibh was the 20th hijacker who could not get a visa; the Zapruder film when cleaned up clearly shows that the "other" shot was a motorcycle cop's bike backfiring. If you believe the moon landings were faked then you will believe just about anything haha. :):)
