Hamm decommits THEN injures his knee. How does that tie in with a kid that committed BEFORE he injured his? No course of action correlation here. :huh:

I read too fast I thought OV said he tore his knee up after he committed, not de-. My bad!

If this was a year where we could take 25, he'd probably still have a spot. But we can't, therefore, we are upgrading for his position. Good move by Butch

Butch Jones has such a clear vision of UT's future that he was able to see that Hamm's knee was going to explode thus leading to the mutual parting of ways.

It's not common knowledge, but Butch comes from a long line of gypsies.

I hope that AU doesn't turn their back now after all their sweet talking. That would be embarrassing. I feel bad for the kid.

I'm curious... if Auburn had 10 other commits go down with injuries do you think it be okay to replace them, or should they be tied to them no mater what? This question could also apply to the Vols.

If this is your argument, he is leaning against a fence and you can't see his knee in any of the interview. Not sure why you're going out of your way to bust out one of the three-four true insiders on the board

Not trying to bust anybody
Just saying it hasn't been mentioned by him or any of the guys who have interviewed him in the last week or so
