To me a national signing day haul of three elite guys is a great haul??? I was more complaining about the dude talking about lack of in state guys this class and saying it takes every year to bring it. I actually think this will turn out to be a very solid class on the field.

I'd say he's FSU bound and Butch knows it and doesn't want to waste time or hold a spot

Tells me we are loaded with young talent at the guard position and Landon knows that.Could be Butch just being upfront with him about future playing time .

I honestly think they have warrior kongbo and byrd locked up. They may feel good about brown and landon may not have a spot at the moment. Who really knows.

You should get a psych check.

There was a poster earlier (can't remember who maybe engineervol?) who geeked out with the 247 class calculator and worked it out to where if we finish with 4 of the 5 remaining our class average will be 90 overall (an average recruit rating of 4 stars) and would statistically be Butch's BEST CLASS to date according to average player rating!

Its a small class that's the only reason were not breaking top 10s. (which i think we still will)

Crazy right. I mean how could he not look at rivals rankings and agree?!?!

How could Eazy have actually been right that there are much bigger needs in a smaller class?!??!!?!

I'm watching Marquill on periscope right now and this came directly from him. I asked are we getting Tyler Byrd and he said who's Byrd, then after he said I don't think he's coming to Tennessee. Someone asked about Warrior and he said that he feels good about him and Landon Dickerson being Vols

Good luck to the young man. However it isn't a stretch to read between the lines regarding Coach Jones not individually hashing it out with Landon becoming a Vol this final visit. He's a take if he wants in but sounds like other pastures are in his future.

I was watching too. It seemed obvious to me that he was playing dumb about Byrd just to mess with the fans. I mean, he obviously knows who Tyler Byrd is.

I would love to take dickerson but I just dont see how it happens if cbj gets the 4 he wants first.
