'16 NC OG Landon Dickerson

The guy I work with son said Landon was torn about the decision yesterday. He really liked his chance to possible getting playing time quicker at FSU he thought. This what the guy I work said Oh well I'm still NOT a FSU FAN.

He's one of four OT's to sign along with one OG. He may want to play OT but someone's moving over to OG

Good luck to him

I really dont think LD had a firm offer from us in the end.

I like the four we closed with

Funny everybody says don't trust the CBP's. They sure have been correct 9 times out of 10 today.

You mean when they change their minds multiple times only to play follow the leader when one of their peers gets a hot lead? If you think anything was accurate by the CBers over the last 48 hours you weren't paying attention.

little tidbit about dickerson's visit last weekend and why cbj chose to go another direction. apparently more than one highly thought of current player went to cbj sunday night after dickerson left and told jones that they didnt believe dickerson fit the culture of this team and they also believed he was very soft. not taking a shot at landon but guys like jack jones have raised the bar for what they want in a lineman and the biggest thing is toughness and a nasty attitude inside the lines

iyam it says a lot about the culture change that cbj is always talking about and it's very real. when your star players are policing the team, making sure everyone is in line and taking time out to help recruit, thats when you know everyone is all in and something special is being built.

Well that explains a lot. A OG with no dog in him, is almost useless.

In an interview on NSD on 104.5, Jones said they passed on highly rated players because current players came to him and said they don't fit the culture. He said championship teams take ownership and police themselves.

Good job eazy! Thanks for the info you bring. Solid

Boom! Don't want any soft linemen. If you want to go up against our D-line everyday, you better bring it!
