Why is Carin Fils-Aime never in the conversation as one of our RBs that will contribute. He was a four star out of Fla. Yet VN never even seems to consider him. We haven't really seen him to even know if he can do anything or not. I know he is a bit undersized but with better S&C maybe that can be helped some. Just curious as to what I am missing as to why everyone seems to have written him off already.
He got injured-ankle injury I believe- and had surgery. He will be in Knoxville in 2018. He knows he made a mistake by rushing towards Saban's promises of being the number 1 guy in Bama.He is going the Kamara route and I am sure he has been talking to Alvin.

My understanding is that he will be attending Hutchinson CC this season and will transfer and enroll for the 2018 season, so he would have to be a 2018 counter.
But, I do not see Tennessee being interested in bringing him in. I may be dead wrong on this, but with Chandler, Dixon and Grant being youngsters and Kelly being a senior, I don't see us taking a transfer when there are highly rated RB's in our own state coming up in the 2019 class.
So IF Emmons were to want to join the Vols this time around, be ready to enroll in January and be in Knoxville for the 2018 season, would we say so long to one of Dixon or Grant in the 2018 class? Cuz' if Kelly doesn't go pro after this year, I have a hard time seeing us having 8 scholarship RB's next year.
