South Carolina will be better than some of you all think. What's so hard to understand about that?

What do you mean by "understand" about that? What I understand, excuse me, what I KNOW is that your statement is an opinion. And it is an opinion based in some weird gut instinct, intuition, Cleo crystal ball nonsense. Or maybe just based on your general jacked up mental issues in which everything UT is in peril and everything going on at with other SEC teams is on the brink of unprecedented new heights. They were a bad team and lost all of their best players and now have a HC that could not win at a premier institution with NFL talent on the roster. That is truth based on evidence, not a baseless opinion.
their defensive front is laughable esp going into 2016.

And I have absolutely no idea why. Perhaps they were all busts, but I lean more toward a total lack of development by the former staff. I think the talent/potential is there.
Abu Lamin **** (we wanted him pretty bad)
Dexter Wideman ****
Dante Sawyer ****
Shameik Blackshear ****
Marquavius Lewis ****
And then half a dozen three star ends/tackles just in the last two signing classes.
Saban was average at Michigan State. Rich Rod was a failure at Michigan. Franklin was exceptional at Vanderbilt.

I don't think you made the point you were attempting to make. Muschamp was at a premier job. He had all the advantages and tools at his disposal that he will not have at USCe. So in other words, he playing against basically the exact same competition at a school that affords him few of the advantages that he had at UF and presents him with many new challenges that he did not have at UF. Better everything at UF. And he failed. None of your examples are similar.
Saban was solid at a school that was not a top notch program. He established a foundation that Dantonio utilized to take the program where it is now. He then got to LSU and Alabama, and because those programs offered him many more advantages than Michigan State he starting winning big.
Franklin won some at Vandy and has done nothing at Penn State. Most people up there can't believe how terrible 'his' offense has been. Not sure correlation there.
Rich Rod would be the closest example. But, a couple main differences are (1) he had proven successful before Michigan at West Virginia and (2) his success after Michigan has been in a much easier league/division to win in than the SEC.
