I like it, tip of the cap to Clemson. I'd like to see UT put up some billboards in ATL too. Throw some up in Charlotte, VA Beach, Michigan, Memphis, Orlando and a few more places while they're at it.

I guess not. Was it annexed by Bama or Kentucky? Although there are band wagon fans within TN and other diehard fans of other teams within the borders of TN, Nashville and Knoxville are still in TN. Last I checked, Atlanta is not in South Carolina. Hell, I think I see more Bama fans here in Georgia than Tech fans.

BTW, this all day! Be seen everywhere, in state and out of state. I'd be for billboards in Houston, LA, NOLA, Louisville, DC, etc., etc.

We are a national brand.

No, but they are terribly pervasive in the Nashville area. I can't wait for little Nicky to retire so we can watch the program go down in flames for a while. I throw up a little every time I see a damned script A. GO BIG DAMN ORANGE! :hi:

In addition to showing his skills, Overton got a feel for what it would be like to play for Azzanni, which is why he came back to see the Vols.

"I loved his coaching style," Overton offered. "He's definitely up tempo and aggressive. He knows what he's talking about.

"I basically just wanted to see what it was like working with Coach Azzanni. Having him coach me up was really a great experience.

"The wide receivers coach is going to play a major role in my decision. He's the guy I'm going to be with 24/7 and he's going to help me reach my full potential."

You guys heard anything new on him? It's definitely down to Clemson and Tenn, with Clemson liking it's position. That's not to say you guys aren't hearing the same and liking your position.

Also, how many spots are currently available for you guys at WR? Is he seen as oversign worthy or is it first-come-first-serve? It sounds like this is going to extend well into the fall and I know you guys are in on many top WR's.

3-4 spots depending on attrition, early entry, etc. In my predicted class 2 months I had Overton in that group. I think Tennessee is waiting on a decision from Kyle Davis before the rest shakes out.

I'd bet on Clemson for sure. It's looking like we're taking 2-3 more and we're looking good with the likes of Kyke Davis, Swain, Victor, and Jones (though perhaps better with Davis and swain) so I'm not sure where Overton falls in that group.

He gives off a Clemson vibe so is assume you win this one. It's hard to tell with our staff. There has been a few times where we thought a kid was going somewhere else and then he picks TN

Thanks for the responses. He's apparently going to take full advantage of his OVs. This plays into Tenn's hands, so still a long way to go.

I'd say Clemson for sure. He's definitely a take for Tennessee but there doesn't seem to be much talk about him at all in regards to the Vols. WR is a big need though. They probably need at least 3 more WR's in this class. A couple of the guys currently committed that project there will likely be recruited over.
