He really does look like Dobbs with more arm talent. Maybe a little faster, probably not quite as slippery (though close in both respects). Same tendency to want to make every throw a laser (though the times in the highlight vid when he lofts the ball up are beautiful). Same tendency to revert into RB mode once he feels pressure - he doesn't scramble to buy time to make a throw, he scrambles to find a running lane. More physical as a runner than I expected - will deliver a pop if given an opportunity.
Excited about this kid. Potential is insane.
@Guarantano18: Everyone check my regular season highlights out ! Just got finished up 🎥 #Mission17 #VFL

If I had to guess, Dormady will be Dobbs' successor. There's really nothing to go by, but he'll be in his third year with two years as the second string guy most likely. Since there's really nothing else to go by, I'll guess the guy with the most experience.
Dormady is solid with a great arm, but a case could be made for Guarantano as the top qb in the 2016 class. Kids a legit 5 star talent. Watch the video on the Scout link. He's a freakish talent. His highlight video is jarring.
Plus there's no guarentee that Dormady will be the #2 QB next year. Remember he had a head start on Sheriron Jones, who has the quickest release and touch as well as being very slippery.
Yeah that Scout vid is pretty hopeful. Welcome on board Jarrett! He is fast plus looks accurate with a good arm. Great size. I hadn't watched his highlights yet and was kind of overshadowing him due to Johnson signing.
Yeah Sheriron could be good. I think Dormady has lots of just gunslinging talent but Jones could be as good with a little more development.
+1. If Dobbs has a big game against Bama and stays hot the rest of the year, he might move on to the league...as there was a lot of buzz about him last year, following the USCjr game and the bowl win. Bucky Brooks, a regular draft analyst for the NFL Network, really liked him.He will be our qb when Dobbs leaves.
