Based on our offense JG will be the successor to Dobbs. We need the QB run option for this offense to operate at its highest potential. Similar to how Texas A&M looks better with Kyler Murray than Kyle Allen.

I don't know who Dobbs' successor will be. No one does, but Dormady is a better runner than people think. He's certainly not Worley or Bray when it comes to scrambling.

I personally think if Sheriron Jones proves to be pretty accurate, he might move up and even challenge Dobbs at some point, because Dobbs is still frustratingly inconsistent/erratic.

Dormady may be a better passer, but I don't think he's mobile enough to be any real threat as a runner. Jones might be the complete package, as is the G-Man.

I think they will want to red-shirt Guarantano, feeling they don't have to throw him into the fire his first year in.

With the way the passing game has looked this season I've really just wanted to see the best passer get a chance to play. I felt the same way about getting dobbs in the game last season when Worley and peterman was stinking it up.

The little boy that qbs at a&am better keep sliding and running out of bounds because if somebody gets a chance to blow him up he is going to get hurt. Man he is small and looks a true 18 he is.

He's fast though. lol Very fast I don't think he'll have fun versus us next year. Kirkland won't play with him.

Texas and defense do not go together. Maybe high school defense but not one college in Texas plays any type of defense period.

Texas will get there if they give Strong time enough...the man can put a brutally physical defense on the field. Those UF defense were not just talented, they were tough as nails.

Who cares if he slides, if he is getting the first down, that is all that matters imo.

He keeps losing to Iowa state etc he will be a defensive coordinator available for some school quickly

True..I would love to have him as a DC. Aggressive attacking Defenses when he some real talent to work with. Like what we have.
