I'm reposting something of mine from the FF here. The question is probably more valid on this thread anyway. Not to distract from the magnitude of this commitment, but does anyone think this young man could help us with trying to sway DT Rashan Gary and RB Kareem Walker our way? They're all from and play football in the same area, and are all from the local Catholic high school system. Having graduated from CBHS, part of the Catholic school system here in Memphis, I can tell you being from that same system means more than some might think.

Who thinks CBJ had a hand in suggesting to JG how to do his commitment video? I do. That's vintage CBJ and brings more pub for TN.

Maybe not

After Dobbs leaves, Dormady or Jones or both will be also have played by then. You then have one who can red-shirt and start as a junior.

With Butches offense the way it is, we are almost guaranteed to play 2 qbs during the year. He says he prefer playng one, but he almost always plays two. Been doing it since cincy.

Imagine a you being a DCoordinator and having to prepare for Dobbs and Dormady.

Dobbs Leaves. Dormady and Jones.
Dormady leaves, Jones and Jennings. So on...

Look at Ohio State. They lost Braxton Miller. A Heisman type player. Barrett a guy with talent steps up... and then he gets hurt lol! What happens... another guy with talent steps up.

No one is transferring. Butch is building something special. JMO

Butch is a genius! However, with this offense, injury is a player...

I think Jennings moves to D or receiver eventually....

Welcome to the RF.

A quote recently from rivals stated this exact thing. That he could be very influential to those two players to persuade them to follow him. Even more reason to be excited about this commitment.
