'16 SC RB Tavien Feaster

Personally I'd take Feaster over Holyfield & Emmons any day.

Tough call.
Feaster is very typical of what clemson has produced from the rb spot in recent years. Average size rb with gamebreaking speed (Spiller, Ellington, etc...)

He could really help our cause on offense and special teams.

Who invited the bad news bear, somebody get him some honey!!!

Wish it weren't the case. But Dabo and the Tigers are all over this kid, as well as Clemson being his dream school.

However, their backfield is absolutely stacked. If he wants immediate playing time, no doubt Tennessee can offer that.

This kid is just getting his visits in. Absolutely no way he'll decommit from Clemson.

Would be thrilled if I could eat some crow on this later.

Don't know man. It appears as if those close to this recruitment feel it's worth watching. Absolutes in recruiting is an exercise futility. 17-18 year old kids provide no absolutes. No one had him on the radar to be here this weekend either, and yet he's coming.

He would be the most talented RB on campus the minute he arrives. Do we have depth at RB, absolutely, but nobody with his skill level. Also, we've been recruiting him for 4 years, so I'd say it's safe to say he is very aware of what we do and don't have on campus.

Definitely a great job getting him to campus this weekend for Tennessee. Without doing that, there's not even the remote chance he flips. This at least opens the door and I'm sure they're hoping it allows the lines of communication to remain open until NSD.

Reminds me a lot of Deshaun. He visited Auburn after being committed and people were on edge, as I'm sure some Clemson fans will be this weekend. You never like to see elite committed talent take visits to other schools. There's just so much ground to make up, I'll save my worrying for later in the process and hope it never even materializes.

Great info. Hoping we can somehow sway him or he can stay in the acc. Don't want to play against him.

Is he related to Dee Feaster who played for South Carolina? I hope he signs with UT,they need to get a few running backs.

Rucker:
Clemson RB commit Tavien Feaster said he loved everything about the day and Tennessee gave him a lot to think about.

Feaster didn't say he hadn't decommitted from Clemson but Tennessee was right up there now.
