Worth noting that his brother (same class but younger) did go through off season workouts and spring drills with Powell and plans on playing for the Panthers, depending on when and/or if his family moves in to another zone so Darel can be eligible if he has his academics.

Haven't heard anything about his brother. Does he look to be a D-1 prospect?

I guess the new coach does not mean what he says. DM was at practice yesterday for the first time. He did not participate in any of spring practice and had not been coming to summer workouts. DM was thrown in the mix with the starters during "install" (Powell is switching from the spread to the wing T). Despite the situation being addressed with the team yesterday, the majority of the team has immediately lost respect for this new coaching staff to allow this distraction back on the team.

Focal point of the Wing-T offense is pulling guard. Perhaps DM is changing positions as part of the reinstatement.

Not bashing the kid. Bashing the coaching staff for not having the guts to do back up their talk. DM is going to do what he wants to do for as long as he is allowed to do it.

This kid is a thug. He friggin jumps other kids. There is hardly anything good to say about Darel. He quits on his team, and he's basically scum.

Wow. Chill. I was simply askin because you seem to have information and I was wondering about your connection here Obviously I'm not batman.. I don't think I'm tryin to get anyone to believe I'm batman where you're clearly trying to give people the impression you are a head football coach.. All jokng aside, you really should go back and read this thread when you get some time. I always hate to see it bumped. Lots of hate toward this young guy, not saying he does not deserve some blame, but dudes dont like him.
