'17 FL RB Timothy Jordan (UT signee)

Sucks but this would be the 3rd back in the class. I'm sure there's a grad transfer or may just take another back for the 18 class. Not too worried here

Except the best RB in TN and a pretty good one from LA and perhaps Etienne too. Yep. No RBs want to come to UT.

Don't be a douche.

Well to be technical, he said no one left. Meaning guys who aren't committed somewhere already.

And things look better for Etienne than expected, but LSU's gotta be the clear favorite there.

Well he did say "left". However, maybe it is harder to get guys to want to be the 3rd RB in a class with two good backs already. Still no purpose for negativity posts like his.

"I liked the environment," the 6-0, 185 pound Jordan said of Tennessee. "It was real big. I liked how the coaches and players got along and bonded. It was real big. Just like a family. It was definitely bigger than most schools. The fanbase likes football. "It was mind blowing and big. It's a lot to take in."

"Coaches have been saying they only got two running backs on campus right now," Jordan said. "They been saying they want me to come in and make a big impact. I think I could play early because they don't have a starter right now. They just lost two big players."

"North Carolina is telling me the same thing," Jordan said. "They only have one running back there. With him being the only guy there, I'd have the chance to compete with the other guys coming in."

"Every where I go you are going to have to compete," Jordan said. "They say they need people to come in and contribute and help produce." As for a decision, things are happening and likely sooner rather than later. "It's kind of even right now," Jordan said. "I have to go home and think on that. It shouldn't take a while. Probably this week, I'll have something."

UT's next commit, IMO.

Agree. It's whoever commits next for the rbs on the board.

My guess is Etienne is gone. Butch told Jordan to go home and think it over (wait until after Tuesday once he has the in-home with Barrett). If the staff doesn't feel confident with Barrett they will give Jordan the green light. Pure speculation

Vols, UNC and Iowa state all offered this week. Current WKU commit.

Anyone have any other links, not much of a highlight, most from basketball, but even first one was only 42 seconds and not much to go on.

Just committed to us on Twitter! Boom!!
