Callahan on Fant/Murphy

"No, I don't think so. I don't think Tennessee is planning to part ways with anyone else right now. If anything, this might be a sign that the Vols don't like their chances of being able to add more than one more defensive lineman. I would admit that's probably a pretty unlikely scenario, anyway, but if they somehow added two more DL, they might have a tough decision to make at some point."

Sounds like Conliffe is the last piece

Put up modest stats last year for a loaded Aquinas team, but still their 2nd-leading receiver with 32 catches for 506 yards & 8 TDs.

After weighing in at 6-0.5, 185, Palmer ran a 4.36 shuttle and recorded a 30" vertical at The Opening Regionals Miami last March; no 40 time.

I'm surprised that wasn't called a catch. Held it as long as Gaffney did.

True, but watching the very end of the '01 Florida game on YouTube with Gaffney sitting alone, wallowing in his misery on the bench because we just stomped on the Gators' championship dreams in their house, wouldn't be as satisfying, otherwise. Now, we didn't do **** with that win, but still, that was an unbelievable victory.

I think the following week is as bad as I've felt as a fan. Knocked out LSU's top two offensive players and still loss.

congrats kid. depressing though by and large to see the rest of SEC have lackluster years and getting better in front of our eyes. Butch needs to be held accountable.

Originally committed to Syracuse, he is a Canadian national. Garnered lots of offers late, I like the fact that one of the OSU beat writers said he was a Buckeye lock, apparently they wanted him late since they lost someone?

Didn't realize he was supposed to visit Ohio State this weekend.

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Palmer was a long-time Syracuse commit, but reopened his recruitment a few weeks back. He caught the staff's eye after hauling in a team-high 472 receiving yards and eight touchdowns as the Raiders' go-to receiver this season.

Palmer hadn't yet received an offer from Ohio State, but one may have come during an official visit this weekend. Of course a possible visit is now off.
