'17 IN QB Hunter Johnson (Former UT Commit 8/23/15) (Clemson commit)

Did you "decide" this while shopping for a new TV?

I figured it was after kicking a bucket of light bulbs and "accidentally" falling on top of the smoking hot nannie as the wife came downstairs...

If anyone can remember that epic thread...

Holy crap!

@Volquest_Paul: Hunter Johnson's stats from Friday night are unreal. 25-38 for 445 yards and six TDs with only one int. Great outing in a 65-47 loss.

His defense sucks something fierce.
can't say he does not play strong competition. Wow

The 2010 LSU debacle. No light bulbs were safe that day.

In before Dunlap complains he threw 1 INT

Dude come on I am always fair with my comments. Johnson had a bad game in week one it's a fact. I never said he sucked because of one game. In fact I dug up facts supporting him fitting this system just fine even if he is considered a pro style quarterback.

Hackenberg has a great arm but his decision making is awful. Yes many have him going #1 but a growing number have him as the most overrated prospect in the 16 or 17 draft. Hackenberg looks the part but will need to deliver before he goes anywhere near #1. Results especially in college still matter.

Is quoting yourself frowned on? (serious question I really don't know). Anyway Hackenberg today. Wow he looked awful but he took a beating today. Penn State is bad. James Franklin probably wishes he was back in Nashville.

It's your best odds of winning an argument...when the opponent is yourself. :)

Let's face it, the one thing that has never changed in college football for many years. Winning teams are not built based on the performance of their highly rated players, but on the performance of those that many did not foresee.

Go and look at the 1998 championship season. If anyone had come to you in 1997 and told you that we would win a national title in 1998, without Peyton Manning, Leonard Little and Marcus Nash would you have believed it? It would be especially unbelievable had you been told that Jamal Lewis would have little to do with it.

Luckily Al Wilson thought that we could:hi:

This is how big Johnson's commitment is to Tennessee recruiting.

2017 four-star WR Terrell Bynum from Anaheim (Calif.) Servite was offered by the Vols over the weekend. He said what stands out most about it is that Johnson is committed there.

The game was postponed Friday. But he played Franklin, a school that isn't very good.
My brother works for the school but he said Hunter looks the part.
