'17 IN QB Hunter Johnson (Former UT Commit 8/23/15) (Clemson commit)

Unless he gets seriously injured this year, 100% Watson will be your #1 pick in the draft. That guy is the real deal, and he's the best QB prospect to be drafted since Cam. He'll go first.

No he won't. A pass rusher or OL will go number one. Unless the Browns pick first then I could see them. Watson is best qb in the draft at this point.

He'll forever be in Watson's shadow. Probably have a Jeff Driskelesk career at Clemson.

If they're picking 1st, they don't a QB

Not true of the Titans last year, though they did trade that pick. I could see a team that is happy with a young QB, but is still in rebuild mode picking first.

But of course then the question becomes whether that team will want to stay out or trade that pick. Drafts are incredibly hard to project this far out.

HJ can show out at Clemson or anywhere he goes. The notion he has to go the SEC or he's scared, or can't be a future NFL QB at Clemson is ridiculous. If you're a great QB at East Carolina the NFL doesn't care. They will find you.

He's the best QB in the draft by miles. He would have been the #1 pick in this year's draft. He'll go #1, regardless. Teams will trade up to get him, if it isn't Cleveland. If there is one thing you can count on, it is NFL GM's betting the farm on QB draft picks.

You think DW would be drafted over say Fournette? I don't know about that one. How about Miles Garret? If he continues dominating, I could easily see him going #1.

Franchise QBs>>>>> Running Backs in today's NFL. Just look at this year's draft for example. Jared Goff and Carson Wentz are by no means generational talents based on their college careers, yet they went 1-2 because QBs are such valued commodities. Philly paid a boatload to move up and take Wentz. Backup guys like Mike Glennon had 2nd rd price tags on them in trade talks leading up to and during the draft.

No matter how good Fournette is, he isn't going #1 overall. Garrett could though. Dominant pass rushers are a valued commodity as well, and there is a history of them going that high.
