Per BeRecruited they are reporting it's now down to 3 schools with Etienne. In no particular order they say it's Texas A&M, UT, & Oregon. They also said he might play this out until NSD before announcing.

Yesterday he set official visits to all 3 finalists. Oregon on 1/14, Tennessee on 1/21 and A&M on 1/28.

Scenario #1 - We already have Cam committed by the time he visits and it is a simple OV and we wish him luck in the future.

Scenario #2 - We miss on Cam and when Travis comes to visit he commits and cancels his TAMU OV and locks down his recruitment.

No other scenarios are possible.

The odd thing about champions of life is rarely if ever heard before Butch said it and got crucified but then about every coach or AD has used that in ether their press conference, hiring requirements/ads etc since. Lol... Shows you how much people dislike butch

It was the proximity of that statement to his claiming that "winning the east was never a stated goal you'd ever heard him talk about" that got him roasted, not the words themselves.

I was just giving the guy crap. :) I actually like Butch, although the end of the season might not have gone as planned, I think he has done good at Tennessee. (Please refrain from throwing popcorn at me. )

Yeah. Butch should've used it another time other than after a disappointing season but as long as it helps with the parents then I could care less what the friggin media morons at ESPN think about it.
