Tale of two games... After the Florida game the commits went into locker room and hung out, not after this game. I totally understand, winning matters in the recruiting world more than I thought.

Yep. Regardless of what some want to think, winning matters big time. Saban, Meyer, Fisher and Dabo are proof.

I'm curious do you think the recruits were as embarrassed as the team/fans or more so?

Chase was really disappointed, didn't even want to go eat with the coaches. But he has already done that a few times. Winning does make the trip more rewarding. A team that's going to win has a advantage of a team that is on a downward turn. I know Tennessee is only going to get better.

I hate to say it but my gut is chase gets another offer that he really wanted and decommits before signing day.

The level of stupidity of some posters astounds me. It is sometimes embarrassing being a Vols fan. It has nothing to do with coaches, players or W/L records.

It's the dumbass fans that post on message boards, who don't feel the necessity of putting one iota of thought into a post before clicking submit.

An ole miss fan thinks a UT recruit gets an offer. You should be paying attention to the implosion happening down in oxford than on a UT board

I thought it was very interesting to hear what you said about his anger about the game and his reaction not to go eat with the coaches. I love it when players that haven't even suited up yet hate it when their teams lose. Shows that competitiveness that his needed. Glad he already bleeds orange and he hates the Bammers.

Chase is chasing all state career receiving records.. 3634 yds 225 rec 43 td ... Chase has 3404 yds 198 rec 40 td
