'17 MS TE Chase Rogers (Former UT commit)

Now hold on there bignewt...using the word validated may have just cost you the role of VN Village Idiot.

Dang, such a promising career cut short by inadvertently divulging a vocabulary that definitely precludes him from the sanctity of being said Village Idiot...

:)

Could you say these words a little slower? I am trying to google all those words you are using. :)

He tweeted he's visiting Texas this weekend.

Maybe I am being harsh but I checked the kids Twitter and good grief does he think he needs To be an agent for himself? I mean nothing wrong with a tweet here or there about ones accomplishments but the entire account is made of him tweeting about himself. He loves him some him.

That is how these kids present themselves to protential colleges. You should see Cam Akers. Top 10, top 5 ect.. Are they supposed to put nothing on there. It is their biography. Most are articles written about him that had him tagged.

Sorry but I find zero chance that college coaches are reading recruits Twitter accounts to get info on how good the kid is or isn't. Twitter is used by coaches to evacuate a kids character not skills. Jmo

Every coach that has contacted Chase has done it 1st thru Twitter including Scott. Some may be swayed by a record or award to want to investigate closer. I think it is a great way to learn about a kids history and achievements. During off limits contact, Twitter is the only contact Chase had with Tenn. You learned a few things about him by reading them. Didn't you?lol

Yes Twitter is a great way for coaches to make contact with kids. I just don't think it is a way for coaches to evaluate/learn of the skills of kids. Carry on. Have a great afternoon

I really like all of you guys on here. Who said y'all had a few crazies? Hell I am crazy too!!

I used to take the crown of my helmet and hit myself with it in the crown of my head before games to fire up my team and freak the other team out. And I was a QB. So really crazy. Also explains some of my posts.
