We were ignored and pushed out by no communication. Not one contact in over 3 weeks even after rumors and a tweet by Chase planned visit to Texas. We are blessed and have no hard feeling. We hope only the best for Tenn and enjoyed the ride as a protential VFL. Chase is enjoying the new attention he is getting and are expecting a lot of activity in the coming weeks.

If you don't mind, let us know how his recruiting is going. I plan on keeping an eye on his career for sure. Hope the best for you guys.

He has been training hard with his speed coach and in weight room. 247 will be at the Al/Ms Allstar game in Montgomery Dec 10 to do a game evaluation of Chase. He wants to ball out in that game and possibly become a 4 star. Texas last week and LSU this week went great. Expecting from both when this coaching situation pans out. Thanks and will stay in touch. Feels good to have so many that care about his success.

He is great in the underdog role. It makes him work harder to prove doubters wrong. He has the drive to be the best. Monday after getting knocked out the playoffs he was speed training. Told me after the fact. He is a great kid and extremely focused. His bother created a career hudle highlight of all 4 yrs. check it out. 10 mins of Chase's best plays. Awesome!!

I played at Ole Miss. They slow played him, but has offered and Chase wants visit and watch they play Ms State. The recruiting business sucks. Full of deception and nobodies word is worth a damn. We have to realize this and move on. We thought Tenn was different and we were wrong. I am not going to talk negative. I am just glad I know a little about the process so we can protect ourselves.

I'd love to see our staff do things a bit differently than they do currently. IMO UT could benefit from not doing what "everyone else does". Sell trust and commitment meaning something. Unfortunately I think we'll see them doing what they do and recruiting will continue to slide. It was just a matter of time.

Texas says they wait till the end to get aggressive in recruiting. Let all the kids play these schools and come in the end when they want attention and switch. Honestly I think the NCAA needs to change the process. Tennessee is aggressive and throws offers out like candy on Halloween. I don't have a problem with that either, just tell a kid and his family when they change their needs. Kids are getting played and hurt because their parents are not as involved or educated enough to figure it out.

Oh y'all got me started and the drinks are flowing... Colleges make millions on these kids. They should be protected some kind of way. This is not about Chase... This is some serious **** that I never could have imagined that goes on if not involved. Sorry if I offend anyone, but who is looking out for these kids?

You have said about five times now that you are not going to post anymore, or fog out the UT staff, even that Chase asked you to not post...yet here you are. Sounds like you guys got a lot of bug fish to fry..Texas, LSU and Ole Miss.

Charlie may have changed the philosophy in his three years there, but that certainly was not the recruiting strategy of Texas before him. When Mack Brown was there, they were normally near done recruiting by October-ish, and their classes were wholly made up of Texas kids who were always going to sign with Texas. They went into the season with 18-20 commits and then cherry-picked their last few spots back when that was not the norm. Now, a lot of schools are doing that because the recruiting calendar has been moved up due to school camps, recruiting camps, satellite camps, and earlier offers, which I'm sure you've seen firsthand.

I thought some of you may want to know the inside info on the process. If not then fine, I am a Tennessee fan now. I don't represent anyone but myself. I don't like the system in place.. That's all!
