Byrd stays on offense IMO...and he'll be damn good there too...

We have plenty of talent at DB...they just need proper coaching...I honestly think they'll be substantially better this year

If Byrd stays on offense, they better give him the dang ball instead of 1.5 touches a game

No doubt...he and Jennings need to be focal points of the passing game...that's a dynamic 1-2 if you ask me...then hit Callaway with some bombs from time to time and get the TEs across the middle and up the seam

Yes! I really like what Johnson brings to the offense also and George should be a go to guy this year in the red zone. If Williams can provide some dynamic play making in the slot our passing game could be nasty

As of right now, the staff wants to keep Byrd on offense. They see real play-making potential in him with his speed and dynamic moves.

I liked what I saw from Johnson, Callaway, and Byrd this year and supposedly Williams was playing well before he got hurt.

I think Johnson will be a great WR, I also think Callaway is going to be an explosive playmaker. Good things happened when the ball was in his hands. Byrd needs to be utilized more, but he is still learning the position. I saw a lot of instances this season where he made bad reads or decisions. He also does not seem as fast on the field as I thought. There were a couple times where he had a huge opening and an opposing player chased him down. Williams should be a good one as well. I like the talent we have at WR, there are just a lot of unanswered questions about how they will perform on the field.

Byrd is a top 10 NFL talent at CB. He needs to be on defense. He's a dominant CB and we need that right now. His vertical is crazy too.

I'm not saying they shouldn't...I'm just saying they won't IMO...maybe if they had landed a day 1 impact guy in the slot in this class...but since they didn't I would be shocked if Byrd moves

Latrell Williams should help with the move. If Perry is eligible he should too.

I like Byrd at WR.

The myth of him at CB is so overblown. Could he do it? Yeah. But I see why we put him on offense. Develop the secondary. There is talent over there. We need Byrd and Jennings to do the heavy lifting at WR next season with a RS frosh qb.
