Well, considering he just de-committed from South Carolina because he rushed into a decision, he would look really foolish if he committed to us on his first visit after his de-commitment. He should take all the visits he needs to make an informed decision.

Kind of like trying to date a girl after she just got out of a relationship. I would rather him take all of his visits just to make sure his love for us is real 😍

I don't think he would have looked that way if you look into how his original commitment played out. It was down to TN and SC and I'm pretty sure he wanted to go to Tennessee but had a lot of pressure from people at his school, including teammates, to pick South Carolina.

If he lets things play out until January I wonder if he'll still be a take for us. We are in a numbers crunch now, come January its likely going to be even far more limited.

I think in my opinion Moore will commit to us by December for sure. Probably before then though.

I'd be good with that. An OL class of Smith, Moore, Calbert and Locklear would be solid.

I'd like to see them make a move with Munford although I realize there are some eligibility issues and questions there. Butch does have a very good relationship with his head coach. (Was Ethan Wolfe's HC when Butch recruited him).

Don't forget about the possibility of getting Adrian Ealy & Tederrall Slaton either at OL.

Am I the only one that think Brandon Gaddy ends up at OL? Adding him to the list you have above would make a helluva OL haul

Slaton is most definitely in play here for us but maybe not so much for Ealy. Slaton has us in his top 10 but he was supposed to narrowed that lists down already but he hasn't come out & done that.

We're in his top 10. Slaton we're listed 6th on his list for right now but like I said he's not updated that lists of top 10 down lower. We're in Ealy's top 10 too but not much chatter about him & the Vols lately.

I'm sort of leaning that way too after his OV. Hate to say that but it's the truth. He's a 3* guy anyhow so move on if so & try to get a better player but if we can't then go get Mr. Drake Jr. is how I feel about it. :wink:

Sounds good to me. From looking at 247, seems like its an uphill battle, but after seeing Butch snag a good player out of Sabans front yard, it makes me feel better.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves with Ignont. I hope he's a world beater, but I remember we were all excited about getting Gavin Bryant out of Saban's front yard too. How's that turned out so far?

Gavin Bryant has been a wrecking ball on special teams. And he's also in a group of about 3 linebackers we all thought would have contributed more so far. There is still time, hopefully when they are all seniors we see dividends.

Hmm, one was a 6'1.5 230 ILB, 10th ranked ILB prospect nationally, 9th ranked prospect in the state. The other is 6'2, 230 ILB, 9th ranked ILB prospect nationally, 11th ranked prospect in the state. Both with ostensible Bama offers, but no real indication that Bama fought tooth and nail to keep either in state. Sorry if I saw any similarities there. Like I said, I hope Ignont is a world beater, but let's not act like we just stole one from Saban.
