'17 OH WR Jaylen Harris (Ohio St. commit)

Of course it factors in other schools improving their classes. Since we have more commits than almost every class currently, of course others will improve. That 13th ranking is based on where we would be when all the classes are finished and full.

How could I question you :bow2::bow2::bow2: please forgive me!

Committing soon?

"Heard a few conflicting things. OSU wants him to wait it out until after the season. He would rather do something early and if OSU isn't ready it will be Tennessee. I'll ask him what's up."

OSU has only a few spots left, and it's hard to believe another WR is a priority. I'm sure Urbie wants Harris (and Lamont Wade) to hold off in case OSU doesn't get all the 5*s like Akers, Okudah, Browning, et al at the top of their board. Sounds like we could be picking up steam with both Harris and Wade.

If he commits to us we'll have to see if he still visits OSU. Looks like a situation where he might try to secure a spot with us, but OSU wants him late he probably flips. Maybe he gets tired of waiting on the suckeyes and commits to us and shuts it down.

"In talking to a few people tonight not sure if Tennessee has room right now. I think it would, like for OSU, depend on timing and right now isn't the right time."

This is where we start seeing some of our commitments being asked to look around. Can't pass Harris up. In my humble but accurate opinion.:)

Wow... that either means we think we have Holloman, or that Tee is flipping! Cue BleedingButch....

You're foolish if you think Trey Smith is all we're getting. We're still in on a lot of top guys, and once they physically see that UT is back, then they will begin to fall into place. Oh how you assume so much, yet know so little.

Could've sworn he mentioned 3 or 4 other players besides Trey.

"Like I've said, the staff really likes the group they've put together.

You get a mixed bag with Harris. Some love his size and potential, others aren't sure he's fast enough to play somewhere like Ohio State and Tennessee.

I think he's a good player and depending on what Tennessee wants to do he could be a fit here, but again, they really like their class and numbers are just really tight."

If they turn down a player like Harris it tells you what they think about this class, even though they are rated 3 stars. They must really believe they have found some undervalued guys.

Bob Welton's worth will be magnified even more if these guys end up All SEC type players.

Yeah but that means we will have so much b****ing and moaning from the stargazers.

Don't see how we could pass up a recruit ranked 171 on the 247 composite. Right now Jones is ranked 833 and it would seem like a chance to upgrade. No disrespect to Jones.
