You mean the poster is inflammatory? I mean I hate Alabama, and FL, and GA. But do I really, really hate them? No. I sure as heck don't like them very much though!

I don't think Jacoby cares much for Tennessee. I've been saying this for a long time. I don't think he views the Vols as a upper tier program capable of playing for a championship. I don't think he has much respect for the Vols. Does that make him a bad person? Absolutely not! Does that make him wrong? Absolutely! :)

I saw the same article. He mentioned he would be open to coming to Knoxville for either an OV or unofficial visit. Probably just him being polite to the in-state school though. Doubt there is real interest from him.

You mean Clemson and the closest town to that is Anderson. I lived in Simpsonville a few years and really liked the Greenville area, especially downtown.

I think that is different than "He hates the Vols," It struck me as an inflammatory way of saying he wasn't interested. Those are different in my view. Just an observation.

This is what I was trying to say. Not mad at anyone on here for the posts it just made it sound like someone knew he hated UT.

Now if you were to say Trey Knox hates UT, I would hit the like button.

I get the reasoning, but it smacks of "we're just a little more clever as well as being a superior fan" to the rest of us.

Greenville reminds me a lot of Knoxville. My son used to play soccer tournaments and camps at Furman, so I have been there 3 times and downtown is nice, but the city of Clemson is more like Starkville or Auburn

As long as he doesn't play significant time next year I'm fine with him going to LSU... Just beat bama.... A lot
