You can't read the above and think anything less than he committed. His Twitter has been all UGA for awhile as well. They sold him, now has sold the family. Doesn't matter when he 'announces'.

Typical dawg 247 to leave Vols out. I don't doubt that he said dawgs favorite but they love to make it like TN has no chance. Did it with Nigel last year

Just need to keep him off the trigger finger. Get him back on campus with shoop. Beat Georgia again.

Would be worried if we didn't hire bob shoop

Well said GFW. Shoop has a huge connection with the mid state. Need to get him on campus before the spring game and then again for the spring game. And thanks for all the info you provide.

They take our state's best prospect (Stevens), we take theirs (Gibbs). Would prefer to get both, will be happy with one.

I do believe UGA has become more of a threat than LSU at this point, which is mind boggling to me. The Oakland parent I've been talking with thinks he's all UGA (not buying it). Don't freak out. Read my first statement in this post.

I will never count CBJ out for any recruit including this one.

Agree. For me, Stevens is just doing he due diligence in looking at his options. Each time he makes a visit to a school he is considering, he is going to say positive things. We just need to keep working to sell the Vols and make him feel that UT is home. I have no doubt that we will give it our best shot.

Until they have a very middling year in 2016. Not all recruits will have the sand removed from their eyes, but some will be able to see through the bs.

Unless there's some new film of Jacoby I haven't seen, I don't know how you can say this. Tee Higgins is the best player in the state. And I don't think it's particularly close either. No one comes close to matching his junior tape....possibly in the entire nation.

There's a reason 247 bumped him up all the way to #6 overall in the country. Kid is an AJ Green clone.
