'17' TN ATH Tee Higgins (Clemson commit)

Not really. Harper isn't 6-5, and I thought Dog was referring solely to Pickens' time at Tennessee, not in the pros as well. I guess you could argue I wasn't thinking broadly enough on that fact.

Maybe you can carry on and argue about it for several pages like you normally do. No one will find that ironic.
Sense of humor of a door knob. Put me on ignore and all is well.

You're a clown for pretending to know a person's intent and feelings on limited information.

Yet you have enough information to state Higgins will have off the field issues..

You're a joke.... Shame on me for arguing with an idiot....

I have an opinion based on several incidents and information provided in this thread that you either forgot or glossed over. If you don't like it move on. You talk a lot of trash and I've let it slide in the past. Only joke I see is some pointless clown thinking his words have more value than they really do. To me an idiot is some old guy slobbering all over a kid that has no clue that he exists. Now get off my sack.

AJ Green is way better than all the guys you named. And that is who Tee Higgins will be like. He's the second coming of AJ Green. He'll be a future All-Pro WR in the NFL.

Remember when I told you that you should STFU about things you don't know about? Here's a good time to take that advice.

Wait, what? Why in the heck would he get a slap on the wrist if he hasn't violated any rules? You're contradicting yourself, or at the very least, back-tracking.

Huff does this often. mostly it's in the politics forums though.

Well, he was thoroughly enough beaten to leave since he didn't just want to admit to being wrong.

I'm accepting that this is probably a violation. I implied in my post that it was a letter of the law violation. WTF.

Can someone summarize the last few pages for the sake of time? I'm assuming with all the recent activity in the thread Higgins is transferring to UT?

Someone put up a picture of Higgins (supposedly) selling his Clemson jersey. There was some rambling of NCAA infractions, then squabbling over who was the greatest wideout in UT history.

Edit: There were also some hurt feelings/rustled jimmies

AJ Green probably is at least as good as anyone UT has ever had.

It's waaayyyy too early to say that about a pre freshman kid though. Work ethic, intelligence, how his body responds to S&C, lots of things that are totally unknown right now will determine if he becomes an all pro or even an all ACC WR.

DGB had more potential than any WR in a long time, and look how that turned out.

But D4H knew that DGB was going to be a bust...

Eventually, Green may be better than all of them. But, I got bored and looked up some stats. Pickens and Green, both have right around 7100+ yards, but Pickens has more TDs(64 counting a punt return) and Green has done it in less time. Different era, tho. Anthony Miller has more TDs and over 9000 receiving yards, plus a rushing TD and 2 KO return TDs, for a total of 66. Once again, Miller played longer. Stanley Morgan had over 10,000 receiving yards and more TDs(72 receiving plus 1 punt return TD, so 73), but he played longer than Green, too. So, AJ should pass both Miller and Morgan in yards and TDs, but he hasn't done it yet. Green has 49 TDs receiving right now with no rushing or return TDs.

So, next time u slight WRU, check your stats and facts. Pickens played for the Bengals, so right now, Green is behind him in receiving TDs, in Bengal history.

Plus, way better than all those guys? That's talking out your a$$. Especially, since u are not old enough to see over half of them play, including all 3, I just gave u stats for. The NFL didn't begin in 2010.

One more stat for Stanley Morgan, he averaged 19.2 yards per catch in his 13 year NFL career. Speaking of guys from UT that should be in the NFL Hall of Fame. Over 10,000 yards and 73 TDs with that average per catch. Damn shame.

Get ready for a minor version of that with Jason Witten. Depending on the other candidates in his first eligible year. When all's in the books his stats should read first ballot but at least second year, but talking blabberheads play up the Antonio Gates and Jimmy Grahams. Most complete and consistent TRUE TE of the modern era, but the flashy glorified WRs get all the chicks.

I hope u are wrong, but u are usually right. Don't let it go to your head. Witten will get in within 3 years, tho. Being on "America's Team" (I just threw up in my mouth) and love from Madden will probably make it a quicker trip to the HoF.

IMO, Witten is a 1st ballot HOFer.

7th in career catches among all players, and 2nd among TEs. 4th in career TDs among TEs, I believe. 27th in career receiving yds among all players, and 2nd among TEs. Only missed 1 game in 224 chances (his rookie season), and hasn't missed a start in the last 10+ seasons.

Witten is first ballot for sure. Gates and Graham have been flavors of the week (and Gates will be HOF). The media and football insiders all view Witten as having a better career than them.

As I said, he SHOULD be. Chris Carter,Michael Irvin and (for an agonizingly long time) Art Monk had to wait. Carter and Monk had some lofty career numbers and it's year 3 of waiting for T O.

Carter and Irvin were bozos off the field during their career which I believe hurt their immediate cases. Witten should be 1st ballot, but a lot will depend on who is eligible at that time as well.
