New After talking to some folks, the former 4-star DL is a legitimate transfer target for Tennessee. Hoke was one of his main recruiters at Oregon. He'd have to sit out the 2017 season since he enrolled early.
We'll see what comes of it.
Obviously, Tennessee still has several other DL targets on the board with few spots left. There's scuttle that Rutger is already leaning toward staying in Nashville and playing for Vandy. I've reached out to him but have yet to hear back.
Just letting y'all know what I know.

Then, on if RR was interested in coming here

Honestly don't know. I've reached out to RR but haven't heard back. No surprised since he hasn't even publicly announced his transfer from Oregon yet.

Already transferring prior to your freshman year is a huge red flag. Rarely do guys like this work out.
