BB, do you think this kid and Emerson are similar players? If so, I am wondering if that is why we haven't offered. Maybe Emerson is already a silent. And I'm not saying that we shouldn't take 2 similar players, but just a thought as to why we haven't offered.

My question is what is the guy recruiting this area doing? It doesn't hurt to offer. He's a fit for the defense. Clemson, LSU and Auburn and Michigan run a 4-3 defense. Alabama runs a 3-4. There is no fit problem. He fits the best defenses in America I'm sure he could play on our unit.

Maybe the young man is just not good enough to play Tennessee defence.

BB, this kid is a stud. The only reason I can come up with why, we haven't offered this kid, is because of LaBryan Ray. It seems like, we our scared to go all out for this kid and then get our feelings hurt, when he chooses the Tide. But, still, even if we decided not to go all in, we could, at least, make an offer. We need big time DEs, imo, more than any other position, in 2018. Anyway, I hope this kid has a great college career against everybody, except UT.

Instead of hurt feelings it could be a waste of resources.

He's 6'4 305lbs right now so he's much bigger seeing the word is that Emerson is 265 at the moment.

Kid goes to Bama, Davis flips to the good guys. I'm fine with that.

Good kid that's a freak athlete that I wouldn't mind seeing in Orange. What's the problem here? Kid was wide open for a while but some teams are pushing to the top. I just posted a pic to show his athleticism in a game at his size. I said nothing about us offering him anymore.
