I don’t understand those schools (even if it’s one of
our rivals they do it to) that say “X school is not allowed here in anymore because they did something I didn’t like” kinda selfish IMO, let the kid talk to everyone and choose what’s best for him, let him know to have a back-up plan because you don’t trust X school or coach whatever. But to just ban a school from visiting is ridiculous.

Madison County HS is about the 7th ranked HS in Madison County. Not a ton of talent coming through there.

Now that makes it 4 future NFL players Coach Pruitt has let go.

Matthew Flint, Tanner Ingle, Brandon Cross, and Jamarcus Chatman were 4 of my favorite commits in this class.

I know they might not fit the scheme but these were quality players.

I can get the kid being upset about not being wanted, but at the end of the day Pruitt and co still let him get a free trip to Knoxville to get wined and dined and then met him face to face to tell him the news.

It's not like they treated him like dirt or anything.

Tennessee commit LB Matthew Flint of Madison (Ala) County HS will not sign with UT today, said his HS coach Anthony Scott. Scott said via email that since UT hired coach Jeremy Pruitt, `things have changed’ and Flint is `planning to wait’ until February to sign.
