For any high school to black ball any college shows they truly don't care about the kid. If they did, they would welcome any college offering to give a scholarship to one of their athletes. I agree they probably did not need to invite him on a visit to figure out he did not fit their system, but just tell them that face to face instead of playing childish game.

I can get the kid being upset about not being wanted, but at the end of the day Pruitt and co still let him get a free trip to Knoxville to get wined and dined and then met him face to face to tell him the news.

It's not like they treated him like dirt or anything.
