Couple things here that bother me.

Losing Young to Taggart who had no previous relationship with him. If it happens that is. Thats a shot to the gut when this staff is supposed to be one of the best. Gotta think someone pushed him that way..

Cedric Tillman plays at one of the most well known schools in the country unlike Young. Virtually impossible for someone from BG to go unnoticed. Something doesnt add up here.

I think he pretty much said it himself, injuries killed his Sophomore season and he didn't play much his Junior year. Going from 6-0 175 to 6-3 205 Junior to Senior year is the biggest thing he had going for him. Looks to have very good hands and high points the ball well. Not a blazer but fast enough for his size.

The WR board was shaken up Sunday with Jordan Young going silent after his OV to FSU. Tennessee went in-home with Young last week in hopes of him shutting down his recruitment, but the Noles were persistent and got him on campus. The Vols are not confident they can hold onto the Peach State receiver. They offered Cedric Tillman on Sunday, with the Las Vegas WR telling VolQuest.com that Tennessee wants him to take an OV after the NSD dead period. The Vols really like Tillman's size and skill-set. He's a legit 6-4 guy who ran a laser-timed 4.6. He had 14 touchdowns as a senior.

Still does not explain how no other decent schools took a chance on him. You know there were tons of coaches to visit and or watch BG games. Guaranteed every Power 5 school watched tapes on them. You would think he would have stood out to at least one decent school, right?

It's amazing watching those clips. When the games are home games it looks like they are playing at a D1 school, then in most of the road game clips the fields look very poor quality.

Wish I could remember which one but there is a Glenn beal highlight on his hudl that is the worst cameraman/woman in America. It was pretty funny. Basically watching his feet or not even showing him they were so bad at their job

He just said he didn't play much. How much more explanation do you need?

You know thats a good question how do kids go unnoticed? Look at Young leading that state of Georgia at the wr psoition stat wise nut being unnoticed. Honestly with the camps that go on and the recruiting services where they are at..i truly believe Coaches don't truly watch games. They rely on services to give them the game film they need. Ive been to a few games coaches are at...they get on the sideline sometime mid 1st or 3rd quarter and leave at half. Then at that they are down towards an endzone chatting away with whover has been designated as the host. I like Tillmans measurables, i like how he goes after the ball. I would say hes a take imo

Who says another big school won't offer this kid. Everyone of the under-the-radar kids Pruitt has offered, some other Big school has followed suit and chased. Jordan Young, Trevon Flowers, etc. Pruitt's having to recruit against our record last year and doing a good job IMO.

He was another guy that didn’t do anything until he was a senior.... he had 37 catches for 700 plus yards and over 20 ypc.

Coming from a school like Bishop Gorman, that is to be expected.there are power 5 guys up and down their roster every year. Many guys don't get the quality reps until Jr or Sr year. Their QB is a perfect example. He was an elite 11 QB but sat behind Tate Martell until this year.

FSU just offered.

Not true. Brandon Davis got no other offers. Neither did Young’s teammate we offered, Kurott or something. We remain his only offer.

Young is the far and away exception

Wasn't there a DT from FL that we offered and Miami or the gators swooped in and took him. He was pretty underrated. Eddie Smith isn't quite the same but he was underrated by most other than Pruitt. I'm not saying they're all gonna be that way, and Young was definitely the most extreme version, but it's not like he's the only example.

Jordan Miller yes, but he already had offers from at least 2 P5 programs (Virginia and GT)
