I understand the concerns the staff has about Litaker, but why would you not let him know or tell him to look around? It appears his injury was bad enough to keep other teams away too, so why not have him on as PWO and see what happens. If he rehabs well enough he can then earn a scholarship. I know the cost of tuition, etc is a factor, but in-state at Tennessee is not too bad. Plus with the lottery scholarship and Pledge scholarship at Tennessee it can help pay for it. I just do not like the idea of leaving a middle Tennessee recruit out to dry.

i think they called him after Pruitt was hired to give him the scoop. He just hasn't spoken publicly about it. Sounds like there is more than the injury in play here such as grades. volatil said there were other issue he wouldn't speak of than the injury and someone on here said mods have alluded to possible grades

If Butch was still there he would take Litaker and use his 4 star rating to get a top 10 class, then force Litaker to play and get cremated beyond surgery.

Litaker then would quit football and we would have no Dline depth and get run over. At that point more schollys would open up so we could get another top ten class due to inflated numbers and jacked up players nobody else wanted.

Then rinse and repeat until we get Curb stomped by Mizzery, Kensucky, and Candy...Oh wait that actually happened!

As An APSU alumni I think it would be awesome if he went there. Knee issues aside he would probably be the highest rated player we’ve ever signed

I don’t know about y’all but I would hesitate taking a kid who has had 2 major knee injuries before the age 18. I really feel for a kid like this as I had scholarships dropped after tommy Jon injury in baseball. But when one door closes many others open.
