I wonder if missing on Jordan would help with Copeland.

Copeland likes TN and already giving us strong consideration.

Copeland loves Pruitt and they have history together. Said he’s like a father figure. Loved the idea of coming and being an all American freshman.

How do you think a call from Pruitt where he says, “I don’t want you at UT... I NEED you at UT. Let’s ride.”

I bet it would weigh heavily on Copeland

Recruiting is kind of like duck hunting....you lured the ducks your way but that guys down in the next blind raises up and shoots your duck before he gets to you.
They may make it through and they may not

So he's going to Oregon

lol...they have ducks in tennessee too...not as many as in Alabama and Georgia but we have ducks..and not as healthy..except for a few...Barnett was once a duck...a healthy duck...matter of fact that duck has a BLUE RIBBON around his neck right now...he looked so good he came in 1st place:)

Sorry gang - the most ducks are found in the rice fields of eastern Arkansas in hunting season. Fact. So get out of here with that Oregon, Alabama, Georgia stuff.

:)

four-star wide receiver jacob copeland of pensacola, fla., went to florida over the weekend on his final official visit, and the gators appear to be optimistic about their chances of again landing the top-100 prospect who once was committed to their former staff. Most sources close to his recruitment have viewed florida and alabama as the favorites to land him in recent weeks, but tennessee quietly has remained a factor, in large part because of his relationship with pruitt. But it still would be an upset if the vols beat out the home-state gators for him. Alabama still remains in the picture, too, but the crimson tide might not have a spot for him if they land top wide-receiver targets justyn ross and jaylen waddle.
