'18 FL WR Jacob Copeland (Florida signee)

i think it was the double dip in Cordova TN

I don’t read his tweets so I can’t be sure but i don’t think he’s paying too much attention to UF since decommitting

Maybe he’s happy to see UF get a much needed big time qb prospect tho who knows

Just imagine Jennings, Callaway, Byrd, Taylor and Copeland all rotating in? We would have the potential to be #WRU again! I believe Copeland would be our number one, along side Taylor, his sophomore year, after Jennings leaves! I Love it! It's starting to feel great to be a Vol again!!!

Could be wrong and obviously nothing official has been released, but hints have been made of a Byrd to DB move on the horizon..... you know his more natural position.

No love for Brandon Johnson our leading receiver? I think he was one of our most consistent receivers. Also don't sleep on Palmer, he played a lot as a true freshman. I think in a few more years with the right development he could be really good.

Brandon Johnson was a sophomore (I think...or RS Fresh), but yeah he was very solid. Seemed to have the best hands in the WR room. Plus, he had no issue with going across the middle. Glad we have him.

Edit: Reading comprehension is hard. I missed the first part of your sentence, where you clearly state Palmer was the freshman who played a lot. I accept my lumps.

It's all good man. I agree with what you said about Johnson though. He can really catch the ball. The thing about Palmer is he could get separation and get open for the long ball, but just had several drops. Not unexpected from a true freshman though.

Ideally I'd like to have both Jennings and Callaway on the outside and then have Johnson in the slot with DWA at TE. That's a lot of targets for whoever is our QB!

We will have the pieces and depth to be really really good at the WR spot next season. With a new scheme and hopefully (praying hopefully) the OLine performs better we will have the ability to be very explosive on offense next year.

Thought Byrd was going on Defense?

Byrd won't be at WR and Johnson was our best and most consistent WR.
