Gotta give Dal props. He says some crazy stuff but he called this one on 6/28 after Horn had narrowed it down to SCe and Bama a couple days prior.

Still, we will have to work to make sure this one sticks until February.

Isn't that more of a case of the blind squirrel finding a nut though? When Dallas said that, it was no more than a hunch or guess. He didn't have any insight that suggested that he'd be right, nor any logical reason to believe it. Even D4H isn't wrong 100% of the time. You make a couple hundred outlandish statements and odds are you're bound to run into one of them being correct purely by accident.

The Crystal Ball has Tennessee holding 81% of the predictions for Jaycee Horn now. We've officially crossed the threshold where it would be a surprise for him to pick anyone other than Tennessee. And take this for what it is but South Carolina doesn't expect to land him at all at this point.

I do not believe Horn is an EE, but that does not matter. He can still sign a NLI in December and enroll in May or July. The December signing period is not just for early enrollees, even though it was created to handle them.

Horn had a committable offer from UA and he probably could have got a spot in the class but he waited and others jumped ahead on the board with the decommit of Joseph from LSU, 5 star T Campbell who we seem to be gaining ground on now, and we just offered the JUCO S Smith(former LSU) player. Again he was not some player UA did not want but he waited and others were showing more interest that popped up.

I honestly believe the kid who grew up a Bama fan saw a better opportunity to play early elsewhere. UT should be the pick and will be a solid pick up for CBJ.:hi:

I believe UT had zero crystal ball picks for Trey Dean, and yet he surprisingly picked the Vols last month. CB picks are just best guesses.

FTR, I do think he picks UT, but that relationship he has with T-Rob, which Horn describes as his best relationship out of all coaches, does worry me.

Dude just admit UT beat out Bama for a recruit that they wanted and couldnt get. Just saying Go Vols!!!
