Wow, if you intend to play the race card, you don't commit your daughter to the care of the school after the incident in question. That's as stupid as going to Georgia with Fromm there was in the first place was if you want to be a day 1 starter. As I said earlier, it is apparent the Fields family ain't the sharpest tools in the shed. They are lawyering up to try to gain immediate waiver status. Using race is the only card he has, but is nullified because his sister just signed to play softball AFTER this incident.
He got raves for “not being afraid of competition”. What happens to those when the coin flips?Wow, if you intend to play the race card, you don't commit your daughter to the care of the school after the incident in question. Because it is causing turmoil for our rival that may cost them a 5 star receiver plus will not help Kirby recruiting down the road. Interesting to see if the race card wins. What if the SEC allow transfers in the conference, and he goes to FL? AV said there is a chance even if some think it is slim.He ain’t coming here. Why even discuss
They hired the Mississippi lawyer who got all the Ole Miss players eligible including Shea Patterson. Looking up national lawyers isn’t something 19 year year olds do, DADs do. He sees Justin as his meal ticket, just isn’t patient enough to wait. Basically what the Fields family has asked is, if they can get immediate waiver to play, he is transferring, if not, he wants to stay.I've been reading the NCAA and SEC bylaws. I think we need to clear some things up.
1. I see no mention anywhere of an exception to sitting out a year. He would have to sit out a year no matter where he goes unless he gets a waiver approved. (I think most of you already know this, but a few don't seem to.)
2. I see nothing that says Kirby can block his transfer to other SEC schools.
Does anyone have any rule that refutes either of these statements?
Didn't the dad pull something here too, back when he was a no name with Butch? They hired the Mississippi lawyer who got all the Ole Miss players eligible including Shea Patterson. Now, imagine how well that would be received in the locker room. If he did indeed get playing time, I see many sacks in his future because the OL ‘forgot’ to block. His rep in the locker room want good to start with, has to be toxic today.
