I always tell myself, when I'm up to speak, "I'm going to do a 20 minute sermon, in keeping with people's max attention span." lol

It generally takes me about 10 minutes per single-spaced page of notes. Sounds like you're going to need to take 5 breaks or you'll need to come up with almost a 2 month series!
