I'm talking yardage Darth. I know we had and have better runners now. Just giving him credit he deserves. I couldn't remember when we had a back go for 162 much less 150.
See the 25 sec mark. 1st back to get 100 yds on Bama's defense in over 53 games.

Yea, but for some reason a run by Poole sticks in my mind. I don't recall who it was against, but he got to the second level, made a cut without being touched, and fell down. He literally had no one between him and the end zone. Unfortunately that's my lasting memory.
I did see some of his highlights against Oregon the other night. Had some good runs but lacked great speed.
As for the two running backs who pulled the trigger over the weekend, Lyn-J Dixon was a big-get for the Vols. The RB dominos across the country have started to fall and Clemson continued to sniff around the Taylor County standout in recent weeks. Robert Gillespie has long wanted Dixon as one of his two tailbacks in the 2018 class.
Originally, the plan was the pair Lyn-J with Master Teague, but after the Blackman product came off the board, Tennessee shifted its focus to Anthony Grant. The Vols prioritized Grant over other ‘backs like Tae Provens, Devon Lawrence and Jahmir Smith. Both Gillespie and DB’s coach Charlton Warren deserve credit here. Warren has actually been recruiting Grant since he was a freshman, when the new Vols assistant was at UNC. A bonus to Grant’s commitment is an early inroad to his Buford (Ga.) teammate Derrian Brown. Some at UT believe he has the highest upside of all three Peach State backs. Brown loved his visit at OCD and holds Tennessee among his early top schools.

Kamara had 288 yards rushing + receiving. I know it was only 120+ rushing, but that performance shouldn't be disregarded. He would have gotten more rushing yardage if he had been handed the ball instead of tossed the ball.
