I think it is sad and carries a strong sense of entitlement. I celebrate the fact that my kids love me, even though I expect them to. It is still worth celebrating.

Enjoy the recruits that come to be Vols. I'm proud of them all until they give me a reason to feel differently. And they rarely do.

I'm not sure how you find any joy in following UT sports. Seems like a mindset that breeds perpetual misery. If you were an Alabama fan, you still wouldn't be content because winning the national championship is expected.

Tennessee should have 3-4 4 and 5* backs on the roster at all times.

You make a good point, but I started to go by offer list over number of stars. There's a ton of quality 3 stars out there.

The only recruit I would question is no longer committed. 2018 is looking pretty good

Sjt and nationdom both were solid and fair posters at one time, so was sanddune. The mediocrity gets to you after awhile I guess. I hope that Butch proves them all wrong this year.

Hahaha. Tauren Poole literally got tackled several times by a blade of grass. Appreciate his efforts as a player, but the type of RB's we had under Dooley are nowhere close to what Butch has recruited.

According to his NFL.com profile he has one career regular season carry for 0 yards and a lost fumble.


He had one pretty decent season for us though. But if you put him on any of our rosters from 2015-now, he's probably 3rd string at best (even with the inexperience we have going into this season).

I'm talking yardage Darth. I know we had and have better runners now. Just giving him credit he deserves. I couldn't remember when we had a back go for 162 much less 150.
