'18 GA RB Lyn-J Dixon (Tennessee transfer)

Great news to see when I opened up VN! Boooooooooooom!!!

Now give me Grant to suit and I love the future of the RB class for the next few years.

Man, the reaction in the FF is like night and day compared to the RF. Most of those guys can find the negative in anything positive. The leader of the miserable is of course, Bearded Vol. I want to laugh about it, but I'm closer to crying about it.

Need to check out post #14 of the Dixon thread in the FB forum... chargervol just put a smack down on him...

Cedric Houston....a man who gets lost in the Tennessee RB talk. I always liked him.

I think Cedric Houston is the one that played with a thyroid condition while here that went undetected until he signed with the Jets. He may have produced more here if discovered sooner. Houston, Davis, and Tinsley all at the same time not a bad group.

that was the last great OL Tennessee produced.

Michael Munoz was a beast.

The 04 team. Riggs was in with that group of RBs. Had a breakout game against Auburn in the SEC title game that year. Too much untapped potential though. Shame that Munoz's knees were in terrible shape by the time he applied for the draft. Killed his NFL chances.

The 2004 SECCG had to be rigged. That was the year Auburn got left out of the BCS Championship, but the SEC was trying to get them in. We had a long TD run called back and maybe a second one or at least a long run that could have set up some scoring. I remember Sanders started using the guy in motion along the line, and it froze Auburn's LB's, which allowed our RB's to run wild.

Wow, dude has some moves!

I'll be honest, I watched 5 minutes of that take and became immediately concerned that I could count on one hand the number of times he ran between the tackles. Imagine my relief to see that the final 2.5 minutes were almost exclusively of him running between the tackles.
