'18 NC RB Zamir White

He's been the primary recruiter on 6 Top 100 players and 14 top 250 players over the past several seasons.

Guys like Robert Quinn (Rams), James Hurst (Ravens), Jonathon Cooper (Cardinals), Sebastian Tretola (Titans), Denver Kirkland (Raiders), Jeremiah Ledbetter (Lions), Dan Skipper (Cowboys)

Also currently has some highly rated guys from last cycle on the roster such as Isaiah Wilson (5*), Ben Cleveland (4*, top 100 player), D'Marcus Hayes (4*, top rated JUCO OT)

Robert Quinn received extra benefits and was part of sanctions placed on Carolina.

Hurst was definitely not low rated.

What's the true percentage of highly rated OL recruits on his watch? Asking because I don't know the answer. Everybody has an outlier...is Hurst his? Or is that the normal level he has recruited? My impression has been the former, which is no shame in of itself. Many OL coaches build their brand after a respectable path of success with successful programs. The names with Pittman's current aura generally have established it at a single program. Pittman's been a nomad. There's lots of legend without a clear backstory imo. Damn good coach but to be under D-Con's protection already? :wink2:

Ben Cleveland committed to UGA when Mark Richt was there.

Maybe they gave him credit for the signing? But yeah, Cleveland committed way early.

Not sure. I don't follow their recruiting that closely to know. Just saw they listed him as a Pittman recruit.

Maybe giving him credit for keeping him on board?

Possibly...if he opened up his recruitment after Richt's firing? Not sure how that worked with Cam Sutton for us.

Kipp Adams the UGA insider with a new crystal ball to UGA for James Cook who is currently committed to FSU. He's the number 3 rated RB. Seems odd considering White just committed....wonder what's going on? Would be a crazy duo.

I told y'all Cook was going to flip. He won't be committed much longer to FSU. Tn has time to get in his ear. Would be a perfect fit for Butch's offense

Dan Skipper didn't get drafted and will have a hard time getting playing time with the Cowboys.

It's just hard to tell how much of the credit for the offense that year should go to him and how much to Kiffin.

It was 50/50 but that's neither here nor there he was the OC and i also stated other situations as recent as Pitt with the stud Rb James Connor that had a battle with cancer.

Kiffin 100% in his only season. Arkansas and Pitt both got waves better after he left. Good teacher...horrible playcaller.

I couldn't care less who Georgia lands at running back. They've landed Gurley, Marshall, Chubb, Crowell, Michel, Holyfield, and other highly rated backs in recent years and have nothing to show for it. Bring them on.

Yeah, but in basically all of the situations where he's been balanced, it's been with mediocre QBs. When he has a QB with a live arm, he gravitates to slinging it all over the field, regardless of who's lined up at RB.
