'18 NC RB Zamir White

To clarify. Richt was 2 games better than Smart with comparable talent and with Jack for QB. Richt won 10 in 2015. Smart won 8.

10 is greater than 2. The Georgia team in 2015 was better than the Georgia team in 2016. I believe Richt is a better coach than Kirby Smart.

Now, if you really want to discuss cheating, let's talk Clemson and that suck fest of a college and town.

Of course it was better, no one has argued otherwise. You argued 2016 should've been as good or better than 2015 because they returned so many defensive starters. You were blatantly wrong on the returning lineup. Now you're touting who the better coach is. I agree, it's Richt and likely will be over the course of both of their careers.

Yea, but why withdraw from school unless it's a lingering issue? It means he needed time away which does not signal a one time deal. Just logical to me.

Wasn't once, twice. Second time was when he was found 'out of it'. He was still in drop/add classes, so they got him medical help including changing meds and therapy.

Why are you making excuses for that dummy Smart? On 4th and 1 vs Vandy he ran a 160lb WR instead of Chubb or Michel. That's stupidity to the fullest.

It's actually worse under the surface. Before the 4th down play, Vandy called TO. UGA ran the exact play AGAIN as they were lined up before the timeout. Can't remember his name but the Vandy LB (who led them in tackles) took it personal and yep, he made the play. Dummies.

That was a heck of a play if I remember correctly. Cunningham came up and stuffed him to seal the game.

Boy from Bham Zach Cunningham that's who! Lol

I can't keep up with you. Is the goal to throw out random thoughts until the original point is no longer realized? No one is implying Smart's FR outperformed Richt's recruits that he inherited. I'm saying the 2016 defensive starters weren't better than the 2015 defensive starters who left. Hence, the defense was worse in 2016, despite Smart being a solid defensive mind.

Or the new system might've had something to do with it. Talent however wasn't a factor for Smart's crap performance in 2016.

I only entered this thread over your implication we were talented due to Dooley's recruiting. It was so erroneous a statement that I became sucked into your Georgia cuckhold.

I apologize for the defensive starters comment. I was a year off and don't keep up with Georgia football as closely as you.

UGA had the sixth most talented team in FBS the last two years according 247 so there was no drop off in talent. Experience maybe. Smart lost two more games than Richt, which is worse when you consider that one of Richt's losses came to Bama. I think Smart got Ole Miss as their rotational opponent last year. So really Smart is -3 compared to Richt's last year.

Smart is trash...... Should've never given him that much money and he's proven NOTHING without his daddy Saban.

Where did Tennessee rank?

Neither do I, it's called a simple google search. That's the issue; folks throw out conjecture and fail to research anything. You're clearly not understanding the point I was making by mentioning Dooley and his recruiting rankings and I'm worn out.

So we won? :)

Kipp Adams the UGA insider with a new crystal ball to UGA for James Cook who is currently committed to FSU. He's the number 3 rated RB. Seems odd considering White just committed....wonder what's going on? Would be a crazy duo.

I agree. Only a crazier RB would want to go the UGA with Chaney as OC. Unle$$ there'$ other incentive$.

Its less of Chaney and much more Pittman. Huge elite OL going to be there to block for UGA which will make anybody look good.

Also don't forget UGA got D'Andre Swift (#4 rb and #1 overall all purpose back) in the '17 class. Ran off committed Toniel Carter which was top 10 running back to get Zeus.. Also Elijah Holyfield is on the team as well (#6 rb from 2016).

Swift, Holyfield, Zamir, and Cook would be a hell of a staple after Chubb and Michel leave next year.

I like Herrien(sp?). Holyfield doesn't impress me

You also have to remember these recruits only know of CMRs RBs. They think that is still the norm for UGA and forget the current OC rarely used his RBs no matter how good they are.

Pittman is literally the most overrated coach in America.
