They were alright. I guess I should explain what I mean by unproven.

Are they legit SEC level starters? No. They have not proven to be that. They only played because we had no choice.

Small is our only proven starter level SEC RB. Kensucky has two of those. Rodriguez and Smoke. Remove Rodriguez and they are pretty much equal to us as it stands. Not saying it will stay that way. Who knows who will step up this year. We probably have more talent.

I was only saying UK losing Rodriguez doesn't necessarily mean we are out of the picture because we have essentially the same situation at RB.

Tennessee definitely passed on him. Not a fit at all from what I’ve heard. Says a lot with our current RB room.

We are at the point in recruiting, where when we miss on someone or we let someone go, I'm not even sad. I truly believe this staff is going to get the right players for what we need. We have a large quantity of quality players visiting and showing interest, and we are knocking those visits out of the park. We may not land the #1 class, but we are going to land the RIGHT class.

I can't say I'm really surprised I was never blown away by the guy especially as a 1 year rental.Now if they thought he was good enuff I would have fully got on board but just personally i never saw it.
