It’s not sleeping on him. It’s just that our RBs have not shown they can remain healthy. Small, Wright and Whitehead all went down last year. I think JWT will be a very good RB but expecting a true FR RB to make a huge splash in the SEC is a little much. Jefferson would be a great addition as he has much more experience.

I don't think JWT becoming RB2 is a little much. Say what you want but he's the highest rated RB on our roster. Also, he's already a grown man so there's no stress in the strength and conditioning department. He enrolled early for a reason.

I think he'll be the best RB we've had in a while eventually, maybe even by the end of the year.

I just want Ramon so we are even deeper. Like sure we have dudes, but if we want to be great we need to make our roster as deep as possible. That's why there's excitement about the thought of landing this guy.

People wanting Ramon has nothing to do with Justin.

You don't speak for everyone bro lol. Besides JWTs thread he doesn't get mentioned most of the time. Some people are leaning on the fact that he's just a true freshman and won't do much. Which is why I said what I said lol

I agree, I’ve heard a few do it. But to be fair, can’t expect anything out of a freshman until the do it. I think Thomas will!

Agree 100%. I mean I like Small and Wright. But they have proven to be injury prone. Whitehead as well. At some point we need some guys to RS. We can’t just rely on FR every year. And tbh, looking at Jefferson’s film, it wouldn’t shock me if he seriously pushed Small for the starting job.

Having said all that there is little downside to having RJ. He is here for 1 year and would provide good depth.

Yep would be a perfect pick up!

Bottom line he improves the roster and we all want that.
