A Saftey doesn't make the difference in a team being 2-9 and 9-2.

If someone brought this kids name up in this and wasn't 100% sure that he was one of the guilty parties then that is awfully damn irresponsible.

Yeah and background pic is him in a MTSU uniform.

Started liking Blue Raider tweets the day we accepted the Juco Kenneth George commitment.

Idk if something happened that prevented him from qualifying/being eligible here or if the staff preferred KG. I’m mildly disappointed though and like others have said, wish this young man the best of luck.

I am disappointed as well. I am betting we didn't know about the troubles in his past and decided it wasn't worth the scrutiny

I spoke to some people close to Norwood and MTSU has never stopped recruiting him once he didn't sign and chose to blue shirt with Tennessee. We believe that Tennessee advised him to look at other options and MTSU made the most sense in this case. Still trying to get Norwood on the phone, but it does look like he is headed for Murfreesboro to play his college football.

OR...we got a JUCO cornerback who took his spot so he was moved back to a grayshirt. He just took a better offer (for him).

Perhaps he took his blue shirt spot in the 19 class since it counts against next year’s numbers. So, he took his spot for 19. They didn’t want Norwood and George and obviously preferred George whatever the reason might be.

George is a CB instead of Saftey and doesnt have a cloud hanging over his head from the incident(whether it's true or not true)
