I'm not sure about that. His dad said OSU was lacking at OL and OL is one place where we are stacked. We'll have 3 five stars on that offensive line next year to go along with several other highly talented players

Surprised OSU is a big factor. They have had an awfully lot of highly rated OL guys over the last several years who have never really developed, with several having transferred out.

They have plenty of OL and will have some highly ranked guys commit as well. I do not think Wray is worried about competition.

Does OSU put a lot of linemen into the league? It seems like it usually skill positions, lbs and CBs.

Agree and I have been disappointed with the development of our Oline as well. Hopefully that gets corrected soon. I personally do not like our blocking scheme. I wish they would put their hand in the dirt and fire off the ball rather then stand on their heels directing traffic.

Yep. Doesn't seem like good ole drive blocking is taught these days.

Definitely not. I know they're not trying to show pass or run but it just does not seem to work as well for us. Big DLines just push right through the backfield or blow right by.

I'm not even going to let this bother me. For months, we thought he was going to Georgia and there wasn't a chance he would flip. At least now we don't have to play him every year.

We have needs all over the place, one big one being OT. One guy isn't a big deal but they need to get some high level "true" OT's in this class. Clearly UT did everything with this kid they could to land him and he and his family just weren't that interested.

Not sure why he would think that. Hall and Richmond will be SRs his freshman year. Tatum/Neihaus/Colbert will be Ts. Smith and Mays are TBD on position but tend to see people say both end up as Gs. If that were to happen the Wray has a wide open shot his redshirt freshman yr

Yeah I don't see it at all. TN has highly rated guys but most seem to project as guards. The only way they play OT is if they come up short there in recruiting, which very well could happen.

On paper, OSU has far more highly rated players at OT than Tennessee does, the problem is a lot of them haven't developed and/or transferred, which IMO should be concerning to the Wray's.

Ehh, we always miss on at least one of the top players in the state . Let him go up there in the cold with ole Urban lol
