Taking in the Orange & White Game was the first chance for Bresnahan to visit the Vols.
I was able to sit down with Coach (Butch) Jones and Coach Scott more, talk with them and get to know them more," Bresnahan said.
Tennessee's recruitment of Bresnahan started just before April and it hasn't let up.
Theyve been recruiting me pretty hard since then," he said. "Coach Jones and Coach Scott have been texting me, just keeping in contact.
I really like Tennessee."
Bresnahan said he's heard "a good bit" from Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, Ohio State and Georgia on a consistent basis recently. Tennessee has stayed high on his list of potential schools, though.
As of right now, theyre pretty up there I would say," Bresnahan said.
He's planning to commit to a school late this summer, just before his senior football season begins. He'll plan official visits for June, after coaches evaluate him this spring.
From there Ill be able to see the teams and schools that are real that Im really interested in," Bresnahan said. "Ill make a couple visits in June and start narrowing down the schools and make my decision after that.
Bresnahan describes himself as a hybrid tight end, honing his ball skills and route-running ability while playing some receiver in high school.
"I can also come in as a down lineman and be able to block defensive ends, get linebackers, all that," he said. I want to get my size and speed to where I can outrun linebackers and just overpower corners."
