'19 TN WR Shamar Nash

They beat vols and offense usually outs up serious numbers we need to play well this year

This.

We tend to “lol” at other schools who boat race us and finish higher in the division

and yet even after getting boat raced and our worst season ever.

I aint worried about Missouri out recruiting us.

That first class was set up by Lane. It would have been nice to have seen Hunter never get hurt and Da'Rick keep his stuff together.

Patterson was so electric with the ball in his hands.
Wish we could have seen Bray and Kiffin together (or maybe not lolololol)

No need to go to IMG if he was considering UT.

To receive better coaching, training, and play better competition. IMG will help him to become ready to make a imidiate impact at the college level. His home is still Tennessee.

Our new coaches have recruited out of that school before. They know what to do.

Thoughts on the transfer?

Interesting. Vols still a major player.

Surprises me a bit. I'm sure that it's about competition and things like that. Tennessee has some ties to IMG which will help, but him not being in state with the ability to make several unofficials here is disappointing for Tennessee I'm sure.

What does Tennessee have to do with his decision? Kid wanted to go play for the exposure. He’s a cool young dude so good luck to him. You all are so stuck in the Dooley/Butch garbage recruiting you get scared if there’s a fight for a recruit. Ohio State, Georgia and Clemson all recruit IMG athletes on the regular with success. Are you scared to compete against them for a kid? Or do you want to keep getting blasted by those type of athletes?

Exactly. I think the top 6 img prospects this year left Florida.

Why would an in state kid need more exposure if they were a UT lean? Get off your high horse and read your own post. This has nothing to do with Dooley/Butch. Its just common sense.

Yea but Nash already has 7 offers, all from the SEC. if he hit a few camps this summer he would have an offer to anywhere he wanted.

A chance to train and better yourself at a national football factory maybe. Why would you want to discourage a kid from doing that. If he goes there and still signs with us he will probably be a much better prospect than if he stayed playing lesser talent in Tennessee. I think his point about dooley/butch was that we shouldn't be afraid of losing a kid that goes there anymore because Pruitt can and will go into IMG and get players while the previous coaches couldn't do that.
