I have the perfect plan for the Cubs to win the central. Just have all of their games from here on out cancelled. With how Milwaukee is playing, the Cubs would be back in first by the start of September.

Not if the Cards stay hot.

The Cards are inconsistent too. They sweep a series then get swept. They may sweep Milwaukee, but that may be because Milwaukee is playing horrible right now.

That is huge. I know I downed him alot earlier this season, but he has been better and it's good we got this over with. Maybe that is why he has had a short stretch of bad games. Either way, no way we would have resigned him for that in the offseason. There is no pitcher in his league in FA thiscoming postseason and he could have demanded way, way more from other teams.

O, and the Cubs took sole possession of 1st last night :dance2:

I think it is something like 4-2 Arizona. Hopefully the Dbacks can win at least one series.

Works for me. Zona just seems to be a team that wins. They don't wow me in any area, though. NYM seems to be in a downward spiral. PHI and SD are playing pretty good.
